Our Process

Cagenix employs a 13-step quality process with every case that comes through our doors. From initial assessment through final tolerance checks, every case is engineered, manufactured, and tested to meet our stringent standards for fit and quality.

After a case is entered into our system, a order confirmation email will be sent to let you know the case is underway. Over the next couple days, the case will be scanned twice, then designed by our team of engineers.

Once the design is ready, you will be emailed a 3D CAD file for approval. This file is viewable using the XpresReview software found on this page or in our Downloads section of this website. Once approved, it generally requires from 8 business days (for AccuFrame cases) to 10 business days (for AccuFrame IC and AccuFrame 360 cases) to manufacture, quality check, and ship the restoration. All cases are shipped via FedEx 2-Day shipping unless otherwise requested.

As with any work of this type, incomplete or inaccurate case materials can result in delays and added charges in this process. Also, any associated lab work may require additional time. If your case requires a specific or accelerated timeline, please contact us and we will make every attempt to meet your deadline.

XpresReview 8.0:
Pan, Rotate, Zoom & View

Cagenix products are custom-manufactured to your specifications — so we email the design of your product to you for review and approval prior to manufacturing. You receive your design in electronic form, as a Packaged Collaboration File (.pcf). You will need to download and install a small third-party software application called XpresReview 8.0 in order to open and view the file that we send.

XpresReview is a powerful program with easy-to-use tools that allows you to examine the design of your product in detail before submitting change requests or approving the design.
